DECEMBER 18, 2018 in TORONTO: Shab-e She’r (Poetry Night), Toronto’s most diverse poetry reading and open mic series features poets TBA with host Banoo Zan, doors open at 6:15 p.m. Open-mic sign-up at 6:30 p.m. and Show starts at 7 p.m. There is an admission charge. Tranzac Club, 292 Brunswick Avenue.

DECEMBER 17, 2018 in SARNIA: “Open Stage” at the Lawrence House Centre for the Arts. Hosted by singer-songwriters Missy Burgess. To be held the second and third Monday of each month except July and August. Welcomes music, poetry, storytelling, prose and those who wish to just listen. 7 to 9 p.m.

DECEMBER 11, 2018 in LONDON: Synaeresis: art + poetry presents Mykonos Open Mic Poetry Series with featured guest reader Jennifer Wenn followed by an open mic, Door open at 6:30 p.m. 7 to 9 p.m. at Mykonos Restaurant, 572 Adelaide Street North (at Alias Street) Admission is free.

NOVEMBER 30, 2018 in KITCHENER: A community reading of GUSH: menstral manifestos for our times edited by Rosanna Deerchild, Ariel Gordon, and Tanis MacDonald. The book features 112 contributors from all over Canada, the United States, England, and India, 7:30 to 9 p.m. at Open Sesame, 220 King Street West. All welcome.

NOVEMBER 29, 2018 in SARNIA: The Book Keeper presents Curtis Joseph considered to be one of the best goalies of all time and author of CUJO: The Untold Story of My Life On and Off the Ice, 6 to 9 p.m.  The Book Keeper, 500 Exmouth Street. NOTE: In order to attend this book signing, you must have a numbered book purchased at the store.

NOVEMBER 27. 2018  in TORONTO: The Art Bar Poetry Series presents featured readers Antony Di Nardo, and TBA.
