NOVEMBER 10, 2022 IN NIAGARA-ON-THE-LAKE: The Niagara Branch of the Canadian Authors Association will launch the poetry and prose anthology Words that Connect Us featuring the work of the 28 members who submitted.  Time and location TBA.

NOVEMBER 4 to 13, 2022 IN LONDON & ONLINE: The Ninth annual “Words: The Literary and Creative Arts Festival” will be held in a hybrid format with onsite and online events. OCTOBER 22, 2022 IN ST. CATHARINES: The Niagara Branch of the Canadian Authors Association will launch their contest anthology The Banister with the readings of contest winners, 2 to 4:30 p.m. in the Mills Room of the St. Catharines Public Library, 54 Church Street.

OCTOBER 20, 2022 IN OWEN SOUND: The Owen Sound Poet Laureate presents “Oh! Sound Reading Series and Open Mic” featuring headliner Tanis MacDonald who will do two 10-minute sets, starting at 6:45 p.m. at the Owen Sound and North Grey Union Public Library. SEPTEMBER 17, 2022 IN ST. CATHARINES: The Niagara Branch of the Canadian Authors Association presents “The Art of Reading Your Work Aloud” with Stephanie Jones, the co-founder and the Artistic Director Emeritus of Essential Collection Theatre, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the St. Catharines Public Library, 54 Church Street. Please note this is a free workshop but space is limited. Registration on Eventbrite.

SEPTEMBER 15, 2022 IN WINDSOR: The Windsor launch of Estates Large and Small by Ray Robertson and Shimmer by Alex Pugsley, 7 to 10 p.m. at the Biblioasis Bookshop, 1520 Wyandotte St. East. The event will include a discussion between these two authors, a Q & A, and a book signing. NOTE: Masks are recommended.

The Windsor book launch of these books will be held September 15, 2022 at the Biblioasis Bookshop.
