COVID-19 CANCELLATIONS*: MARCH 30, 2020 TO ????: “Come home, stay home”
As we self-isolate in our homes with the attempts of flattening the community spread of COVID-19, all in-person literary events in Ontario (to my knowledge) have been cancelled. However, over this period, some groups are experimenting with virtual performances.
Initially, I will be taking a break from touring/reading and updating this page but will return once the Canadian government has informed us that it is safe to resume our regular activities. (Please note: I will be reading virtually online on July 28, 2020. Scroll down for more information.)
As I wave to you “from a distance” via social media, please stay safe and continue to celebrate the creative spirit that lives within all of us. Think of it as a sabbatical. I am.
Friday, MAY 22, 2020 in WINDSOR: Contributor reader at Gertrude’s Writing Room first annual chapbook launch of Words Gathered V.I edited by Vanessa Shields and Alley Biniarz, 7 to 10 p.m. Location to be announced. (CANCELLED DUE TO COVID-19 pandemic restrictions. Publication released August 2020.)
